All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will do everything we can to ensure you receive quality merchandise.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we want to make it right. Please reach out to us at innerpeaceband@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue, and we will gladly replace the defective or incorrect item at no additional cost to you.

Important: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees to resend the item. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order to avoid delays.

Production Time: Most products have a production time of 2-3 weeks. Please refer to the product description for the estimated time frame for each item.
